Artifact Description

Inscribed Flask with Bitumen Stopper

This clay flask has a flat base, barrel shape, small mouth, and a loop handle. It is accompanied by a stopper made of a tar-like substance known as bitumen. The outside of the flask is marked with an Aramaic inscription.
